It will help you feel great, get rid of the bloat, speed up your metabolism, and lower your risk of heart disease.
Getting rid of the fat is life changing. I am trying to do this! It does make a difference, amd my husband is living proof. He has been able to lose inches. I am going much more slowly, but mine is moving too.
Excess belly fat ages you far too quickly, and when it stores excess it releases pro-inflammatory hormones reeking havoc in your body. This increases your risk of auto immune diseases, and raises your risk of insulin resistance. Unhealthy fat cells resist rather than respond to insulin.
